Falko Mathes | DirectorFalko studied biology in Germany before completing his PhD in the UK. During his post-doctoral research at UWA (Perth, Australia) and then as a consultant, Falko investigated the effects of soil amendments on crop growth and yields . At Promak, Falko is responsible for interpreting soil and plant tissue data, statistical analysis (e.g. agronomic field trials), and leading Research and Development projects. |

Didier Alanoix | DirectorDidier holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Biochemistry and a Master in Natural Resources Management. Didier has many years of practical experience in soil and groundwater investigations and reporting for urban and industrial developments. His work includes development applications, groundwater licensing, nutrient and irrigation management plans (NIMP), site and soil evaluations (SSE), dynamic modelling of urban stormwater systems, and the conception of finite difference groundwater flow models for aquifer simulation. |

Pavla Nejedla | AdminPavla brings extensive administrative experience from both the Czech Republic and Australia. At Promak, she serves as the backbone of the company, expertly handling administrative tasks, data entry, and document control. Additionally, Pavla supports our outreach efforts, managing both online and offline marketing initiatives. |
